Your competency is based on whether or not you can perform specific tasks and duties to the standard expected in employment.
If you receive a C on your results of assessment, you have achieved competency for that unit.
If you receive an CNA on your results of assessment, you have not achieved competency for that unit.
You may be awarded other grades, which are listed below.
C: Competency Achieved
Student has been assessed and has satisfied all the requirements for the Unit of Competency or Module.
CNA: Competency Not Achieved
Student has attempted all assessment requirements for the Unit of Competency or Module and has been assessed as not competent.
W: Withdrawn With Participation
Student has engaged in learning activity for the Unit of Competency or Module but has not attempted all assessment to justify a C or CNA grade.
Student is withdrawn with participation from the Unit of Competency or Module.
NO START: Withdrawn Without Participation
Student enrolled but did not engage in learning activity for the Unit of Competency or Module.
