Exquisite Record Taking and Digital imagery in Sequential Aligner Therapy

The need for deadly accurate intraoral data capture, whether by physical impression or 3D scanning, significantly influences the predictability and efficacy of sequential aligner treatments. This course provides dentists with the skill set to capture this all-important data and to understand the key concepts.

Areas of study include applying knowledge of specific physical impression materials and techniques for sequential aligner therapy, tray selection and troubleshooting, understanding how 3D intraoral scanners work to take digital impressions, intraoral photography and the increasing utility of clinical videography using today’s new generation smartphones.  The course is ideal for all practitioners who also want to ensure that their clinical techniques, outcomes, and medico-legal records are world class.
